How to use Zoom.us integration on Meet Awesome

Prerequisites

  1. You should be on MeetAwesome.jp’s Team plan or above to be able to use Zoom.us

Installation

  1. Go to https://app.meetawesome.jp/ and log in with your MeetAwesome account.

  2. Navigate to Account setting by clicking top left menu and click アカウント, or https://app.meetawesome.jp/account

  3. If you’re not on Team plan, please follow instruction on screen to be able to upgrade your account.

  4. Locate the Zoom.us icon and click 連携開始

  5. Log in with your Zoom.us account.

Usage

  1. After installing the MeetAwesome.jp Zoom.us integration, a Zoom.us meeting will automatically be created once you have a confirmed meeting.

  2. Go to https://app.meetawesome.jp/ and log in with your MeetAwesome account.

  3. Click ミーティングを作成する to create a new meeting.

  4. Put your meeting condition, and put in your meeting’s attendees’ emails in 参加者, these attendees will also be invited to Zoom.us meeting’s attendee.

  5. Select Zoom.us in ビデオ会議URL.

  6. After all of the other attendees receive the invitation and select their free time, a meeting shall be confirmed, and a Zoom.us meeting will be scheduled in your Zoom.us account.

Uninstallation

  1. Login to your Zoom.us Account and navigate to the Zoom.us App Marketplace.

  2. Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the XYZ app.

  3. Click the MeetAwesome.jp app.

  4. Click Uninstall.
